Like many physical malls, the BusyNest.com virtual
mall has included a movie theater to provide entertainment to
our customers. We want to use our theater to provide exposure
to filmmakers from the communities that don't often have the connections
so needed in the film industry.
We are looking for films that
are, maximum, 15 minutes. There is a little room for exceptional
exceptions, but shorter films definitely take priority.
The films
must be suitable for a PG-rating or lighter. Visitors to our mall
could be of any age, and respect for our customers is always a
#1 priority.
We have the right to refuse any film for showing
in our mall. Filmmakers are at the mercy of the taste of our executives.
But don't let that discourage you. We have a wide range of tastes
when it comes to films.
Filmmakers don't get paid, and we don't
charge for the showings. We offer our theater only as a means
of entertainment for our customers, and exposure for the filmmakers.
But, we do advertise all over the country, and we are based in
Los Angeles, so you never know who might be watching.
